I have just had a call from one of our long-term clients asking me how come our quotation for an industrial 3 phase roller shutter is half the price to one of his other quotes and £600 cheaper than the other quotation he has had. On checking our quotation, I was able to confirm the quotation was correct and was the same specification as the other two quotations, there was no difference between the three quotes when it came to the type of roller shutter quoted.
